Floral Globes: うきポケットひだ

August 23, 2009, 23:07

Another lazy day at home…  I watched Tenipuri’s Jyousei Shounan arc, while folding a Tomoko Fuse model.

The model name is うきポケットひだ, which I think roughly translates to Floating Pocket Pleat?  Anyways, this model can be found in Tomoko Fuse’s Floral Globes book.  The model isn’t too difficult to fold, but there was one slightly tricky step in folding the attachment.  Still, I think it’s worth it to keep trying!

pleat (2)

This one is made out of 3’x3′ notepad paper, with a light yellow base and purple accent.  I think the contrast really makes the colors pop!
No pictures right now, but I’ll edit later to add! [EDITED] Later I’ll post the backlog of projects from this summer!  Hope that you invisible readers will look forward to it!
